Applications of TT-MC200 Migration Test Cell       

It is suitable for pretreatment of migration tests of sheet-shaped food contact materials and products with one side in contact with water, ethanol, acetic acid, vegetable oil, n-hexane, n-heptane, isooctane and other food simulants.

Features of TT-MC200 Migration Test Cell 

• The product complies with relevant standards and is designed and manufactured in full accordance with the migration pool C in Appendix C of EN1186-1:2002 and the migration test pool C in Appendix D of EN13130-1:2004 to ensure the consistency of the migration test.
• Single-sided and double-sided contact surface detection are both supported, which can reduce the trouble of selection. Double-sided contact is suitable for food contact materials such as the outer packaging of instant noodles and the packaging of condiments.
• High temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and self-cleaning sealing rings are used to ensure good sealing performance and ensure that all kinds of simulants are leak-free and volatilized during the test.
• The sealing structure of the migration test pool ensures that the part outside the test area of the sample does not contact the food simulant, ensuring the effectiveness of the test area.
