Features of TT-CHD03 Cable Heating Deformation Tester
- Designed to test the heat deformation resistance of materials such as plastics and wire insulation coatings.
- The test specimen is first placed freely inside the chamber for 30 minutes at a specified temperature.
- After preheating, the specimen is clamped between parallel plates, and a specified load is applied.
- The sample is then maintained at the same temperature for an additional 30 minutes.
- The thickness of the specimen is measured before and after heating using a thickness gauge.
- The deformation rate is calculated by dividing the thickness difference by the original thickness and expressing it as a percentage.
- Provides accurate evaluation of material performance under heat and load conditions
