It is widely used for stiffness testing and quality control of paper, paperboard, cartons, corrugated board, kraft paper, thermal paper, and other specialty papers in packaging, printing, manufacturing, and laboratory applications.

- High-Precision Load Sensor: Equipped with a high-precision load sensor, providing measurement accuracy within ±1%, exceeding the standard accuracy requirement of ±2%.
- Durable Protective Design: Features a protective plastic cover to prevent damage to the measurement head. The testing angle can be preset, and the stainless-steel specimen clamp ensures durability and reliable long-term operation.
- Advanced Touchscreen Control System: Equipped with a high-resolution color touchscreen and an aluminum control panel for convenient operation. Users can review or delete individual test records. When connected to a computer, the instrument can automatically save test results, display compression resistance test curves, and store testing data for further analysis.
- Convenient Calibration: Supports calibration using standard weights or force-measuring devices to verify measurement accuracy. This facilitates calibration by users, metrology departments, or third-party calibration laboratories.
- Three Measurement Models Available: Available in Type A, Type B, and Type C configurations to accommodate different paper and paperboard stiffness testing requirements:
- Type A: Mainly suitable for cardboard and paperboard materials, including white paperboard, grey board, and kraft board.
- Type B: Mainly suitable for conventional paper materials, including printing paper, copy paper, kraft paper, and laminated paper.
- Type C: Mainly suitable for lightweight paper with a grammage below 100 g/m², including carbonless paper and thermal paper.
