Application of TT-CNC40 Sample Preparation Machine
The CNC sample preparation machine is designed for producing test specimens from non-metallic raw materials, including dumbbell-shaped, rectangular, and circular samples, as well as notches for impact test specimens. It can also mill irregular surfaces into flat planes.
Utilizing CNC technology, the machine features a three-axis motion control system driven by XYZ-axis motors and a high-speed spindle motor, forming a high-precision machining system capable of processing various specimen geometries.

Supported geometries of TT-CNC40 Sample Preparation Machine
- Dumbbell-Shaped Specimens: Supports nearly all standard dumbbell-shaped samples; pre-programmed templates are embedded in the software; users can select and process without manual programming. Custom shapes are available upon request.
- Rectangular Specimens: Commonly used for impact test specimens (e.g., 80×10 mm); Input length, width, and other required parameters in the software for automated processing.
- Circular Specimens: Ideal for Vicat softening temperature test samples; Specify diameter and necessary parameters in the software for precise machining.
- Linear Cutting: Manual or programmed straight-line cutting for sheet materials.
- Surface Milling
- Flattens irregular surfaces by inputting milling dimensions (length, width, and thickness) in the software.
