Application of TT-HSDM Series High-speed Dispersing Machine
High-speed dispersing machines are used to mix and break down solid particles into liquids. They are ideal for coatings, paints, inks, dyestuffs, cosmetics, food products, resins, adhesives, latex, pharmaceuticals, and petroleum-based materials.
Features of TT-HSDM Series High-speed Dispersing Machine
- With Siemens squirrel-cage motor of frequency control except TT-M240 and TT-E300 and use frequency converter to adjust working speed.
- Direct digits display axis revolution through display screen of frequency converter installed on the machine.
- No carbon brush, no produce any flame when working.
- Lower noise, bigger torque and wider adjustable speed.
- Main parts are all made up of stainless steel, with perfect corrosion resistance.
- Standard configuration: Two or four (only for 550W&750W) different dispersing blades and can select different size sand-milling blades and stainless-steel double jacket container for milling.
- Power Supply: 220V 50HZ
Working Principle of TT-HSDM Series High-speed Dispersing Machine
- The rotating disc creates an annular flow, generating a powerful vortex that draws particulates toward the bottom center.
- A 2.5–5 mm edge around the dispersion tray forms a high-impact zone where particles are intensely agitated.
- Two beam currents outside this zone promote full circulation and turnover of the mixture.
- Beneath the dispersion tray, varying flow speeds cause mutual dispersion, enhancing the overall mixing effect.
