Test Principle of TT-PT Series Pilling Tester (Random Tumble)

Under the rotation of stainless steel impeller blades within an independent aluminum alloy test chamber, the fabric specimens are subjected to continuous random tumbling and friction against a cork-lined surface. This controlled agitation simulates real-use wear conditions, enabling accurate evaluation of the fabric’s pilling and fuzzing characteristics.

When the instrument is not operating, select the SV field to set the time within the range of 1–999,999 minutes.
The Clear key is used to reset the count or time.
The Open Air key is used in standby mode to control the air valve (open/close).
The Light key is used to turn the internal light ON/OFF.
After completing test preparation, press the Start button to begin operation; press it again (Stop function) to stop the instrument
