Features of TT-PAF100 Plastic Ash Furnace

- Outer shell is constructed from high-quality steel plates, formed by precision folding and welding, ensuring strength and durability. The inner chamber is a rectangular, one-piece lining made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials, providing excellent thermal resistance and structural stability.
- A spiral heating element made from iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is uniformly distributed through wire grooves positioned at the top, bottom, and both side walls of the chamber. This design enables even multi-directional heating—up, down, left, and right—for consistent temperature distribution.
- Features a fully sealed structure with a high-efficiency thermal insulation layer composed of refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite insulation products placed between the chamber and the outer shell. This ensures minimal heat loss and enhanced energy efficiency.

After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, and the temperature control is precise and stable. Overtemperature alarm and automatically cut off heating output. It has the function of starting the timer or starting the timer when the temperature is set.
