TESTRON TT-ODM190 Optical Dimension Measuring System is a revolutionary image measurement technology. Unlike traditional 2D image measuring instruments, it no longer requires a linear transducer displacement sensor for accuracy. There is also no need to enlarge the prod uct using a high magnification lens to ensure measurement precision, nor is it necessary to move the workbench to obtain coordinate data from different positions on the workpiece.

TT-ODM190 utilizes a telecentric lens with low magnification, a large field-of-view, and a high depth-of-field. Coupled with a 20-megapixel high-definition digital camera, it provides a high-definition image of the entire part in a single view. Combined with sub-pixel software algorithms, users can quickly obtain accurate dimensional measurement results.
