Equipped with a 6-station turret as standard, which can install Vickers, Knoop and Brinell (1mm, 2.5mm, 5mm) indenter. AVHT Series has 4 objective lens stations, which can be selected from 2.5X, 5X, 10X, 20X, 50X, according to different configurations. Combined with the use of a high-definition camera with optical zoom, images are presented more clearly
- Z-axis dynamic control and anti-collision protection
The high-end ball-bearing Z-axis screw is a unique technology that enables the Z-axis to achieve micron-level precision displacement while also supporting high-speed autofocus. AVHT Series’ control of the Z-axis can be achieved in a variety of ways, such as test programs and mouse wheels. The Z-axis displacement speed of 0.01-20mm/s makes the positioning of the specimen more convenient and faster. To avoid collision between the workpiece and the turret, the AVHT Series is equipped with a collision detection device and a Z-axis retraction system on the Z-axis, so that neither the hardness tester nor the workpiece will suffer any damage.

Conduct standardized CHD/SHD/NHD testing according to standard regulations. The test can be started directly under the microscopic image or under the panoramic image. Additional hardness core points can be set individually for NHD style.

- Report Generator
The test report customization function of the report generator allows users to add company details and companies to the report, and can also layout test results, charts, indentation pictures and other content as needed.
