- Same rate of rotation for all 6 stations
The instrument is set up with 6 test stations, it can be done at the same time on 6 specimens, each station is connected with the synchronous belt, and the spindle motor speed without deviation to ensure the consistency of its rate of rotation, which greatly improves the comparability of the results.
- Automatic lifting system, high test efficiency and good safety
It adopts a single capacitor motor to lift / lower the specimen rotating system by using the chain structure, which can stop at any position in the stroke, and is convenient for observing the installation and status of the specimen. Both ends of the lifting system are equipped with a double limit, if the first limit is out of order, the second limit is triggered directly so that the instrument is in a state of power failure.
- Immersed abrasion test cup design
The test cup lid is directly pressed into the circular groove of the test cup to prevent the slurry inside the cup from overflowing when the specimen is rotating. There are three springs at the upper end of the test cup lid to press the lid, making the lid more firmly connected with the cup body.
- Separate cooling system
6 test cups immersed in the ring-shaped water tank, the slurry temperature is controlled by the water in the water tank, the water tank with the refrigeration copper tubes can be cooled by the separate refrigeration system to the specified temperature, this design makes 6 cups have same temperature, and the temperature difference is less than 1 ℃.
- Rotating specimen disk, external suspension stirring design
The handle, stirring shaft, test cup cover, test cup and water tank are made of stainless steel, which improves the corrosion resistance of the instrument, and makes the instrument easier to maintain.
- Automatic test, real-time monitoring test parameters
Display panel may set the test time (countdown mode, the system defaults 3 hours), the timing device is automatically activated when test starts, the display panel can show the current slurry temperature and specimen rotation, simplifying the operating steps and work intensity.

It is controlled by the microcomputer, the real-time rate of rotation and temperature can be accurately displayed on the panel, at the same time may do the countdown setting on the panel, this control way ensures accurate values, high precision and no hysteresis phenomenon.
