Pilling Test machine is used for determining the pilling tendencies of knitted and woven fabrics. Cut a certain length of Fabric and knitting specimen and wind them around the rubber tube. Four faces of the inner chamber are padded with a particular pad. Put 4 specimens in each box, and start rotating the boxes at a speed of 60 rpm. Generally, the operating time for fabric is 10 hours, knit fabric is 5 hours. Specimen will be compared with standard pictures and take the average value of 4 specimens as the final test result.
