Working Principle of TT-M4 Coefficient of Friction Tester
The test procedure involves clamping the strip test sample and wrapping the slider with the material to be tested. The slider is then placed on the hanging hole of the force sensor. Under a specified contact pressure, the motor drives the conveyor belt to move the force sensor, causing the two test surfaces to move relative to each other. The force signal detected by the sensor is amplified by the integrator and transmitted to the recorder, where both the static friction coefficient and the kinetic friction coefficient are accurately measured and recorded.
