TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

TESTRON stand by the quality of our products and offer a warranty on all equipment manufactured by us. We guarantee the products manufactured by it for the promised warranty period from the date of delivery document to the buyer. The warranty excludes any breakdown caused by misuse or poor maintenance. The warranty is void in case of use of non-original parts or those not supplied by TESTRON Group. The warranty excludes all parts subject to normal wear and tear, and consumable parts, any damage resulting from carelessness and negligence by the buyer, improper use and/or use in an unsuitable environment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Warranty Period:
As agreed on the quotation, the warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the documents/waybill to the customer.
Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
– Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the product’s serial number.
– Report the issue within the warranty period by contacting our customer service team via phone or email at customersupport@testrongroup.com
The Following Exceptions Will Not Be Covered Under This Warranty:
Force Majeure – TESTRON Group cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, holding, delay, impossibility to deliver goods or for potential non-fulfilment of supply resulting from facts that are unforeseen, inevitable, out of the firm’s control (included, for example but not only: fires, strikes, insurgencies, uprisings, embargo, lack of transport, shipwrecking, transport delays, impossibility or difficulties in obtaining supplies and/or raw materials even if deriving from local, national, international measures, epidemics and pandemics).
Wear & tear, and consumable parts – Warranty does not cover the normal maintenance of products or their components. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear items and consumables.
Misuse or poor maintenance – Warranty will be void if it is determined that the defect resulted from operator abuse, failure to perform normal maintenance on the product, modification to product, alterations, or repairs made to the product without the written approval of Testron.
Damages: The product is damaged due to accident or human error, such as improper voltage input, high temperature, water ingress, mechanical damage, breakage, severe oxidation, or rust of the product, etc.
Handling transportation charge:
- If there is a major quality problem within five working days after receiving the product, and no damage to the appearance, after confirming with the after-sales service center, you can replace the product, or we will be liable to fix the issues.
- The product that TESTRON recalls voluntarily and replaces due to the product batch issues.
TESTRON will bear the freight charge for the product if it meets one of the two conditions above. Testron will pay for freight at worldwide standard ground rates. No warranty replacement parts will be shipped airfreight at the expense of Testron, In addition to this, the taxes and clearance are paid by the customers or agent.
All the other case, the customer must bear the shipping cost for every replacement parts.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All drawings or technical documents given to the buyer remain the property of TESTRON Group and can never be disclosed to third parties except with the explicit written consent of TESTRON Group. The buyer is still required to observe strict confidentiality regarding all information of a technical nature (such as but not limited to drawings, reports, documentation, formulas, and correspondence) received from TESTRON Group.
