Digital Brinell hardness tester is a unified product combining the precise mechanical structure and the load cell control system. The instrument adopts the motorized test force application without weights, and uses 0.5‰ accuracy compression sensor to feedback and the CPU control system to automatically compensate the test force lost during the test.
The indentation may be immediately measured using the digital measuring eyepiece, and the test force, indentation length, dwell duration, test number, date, and time can all be displayed on the wide screen in an intelligible manner. When you push the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, the hardness value is immediately calculated and displayed on the screen. The results of the tests can be saved for later review or printed using the built-in printer, which also has an RS232 interface for connecting to a computer. It can be equipped with a video measuring device and a CCD image automatic measuring system, depending on the needs of the client.
