Order Cancellation Policy

Purpose and Scope

This Order Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which a Customer may request the cancellation of an order placed with Testron Group for its products and/or services. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.

General Cancellation Terms

2.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the manufacturer’s authorized representative or to customersupport@testrongroup.com . Verbal or informal requests will not be deemed valid.

2.2. An order shall be considered accepted once the manufacturer issues an Order Confirmation or Purchase Acknowledgment, or Proforma Invoice. Upon such acceptance, the order becomes binding, subject to the terms of this Policy.

Cancellation Eligibility

3.1. Standard Equipment: Orders for standard, off-the-shelf equipment may be cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of order confirmation, provided that the order has not entered the production, calibration, or shipping phase.

3.2. Custom or Made-to-Order Equipment: Orders involving customization, special configurations, calibration to specific standards, or non-stock items cannot be cancelled once production, sourcing, or configuration has commenced.

3.3. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine the stage of order processing at the time of the cancellation request.

Cancellation Charges

4.1. In cases where a cancellation is accepted, the manufacturer may impose a cancellation or restocking fee or inconvenience fee equivalent to up to 50% of the total order value, or actual costs incurred to date, whichever is greater.

4.2. Any materials, components, or work already performed in connection with the order will be chargeable to the Customer at cost, plus reasonable overhead and administrative expenses.

Orders in Transit or Delivered

5.1. Orders that have been dispatched or are already in transit at the time of the cancellation request cannot be cancelled.

5.2. If the Customer refuses to accept delivery of the ordered goods for any reason other than verified damage or defect, such refusal shall constitute a breach of contract. In such cases:

(a) The Customer remains liable for the full invoice amount, including all applicable shipping, handling, and insurance costs; and

(b) The manufacturer reserves the right to charge storage, return freight, and administrative costs incurred as a result of the refusal.

5.3. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the Customer in accordance with the manufacturer’s Terms and Conditions of Supply (https://testrongroup.com/terms-conditions-of-supply/ ), notwithstanding any refusal to accept delivery.

Refunds

Approved cancellations will be processed within ten (45) business days of written confirmation by the manufacturer.

Modification of Orders

Requests to modify an existing order (e.g., change of quantity, model, or delivery address) must be submitted in writing within the initial 24–48-hour window following order confirmation. The manufacturer reserves the right to accept or decline such requests and to adjust pricing or delivery schedules accordingly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of country without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of United Arab Emirates.
